Compatibility and common fixes.
Supported AirPods and Beats
Airform works with headphones that provide Apple Head Tracking motion data. The models below have been verified with Airform.
AirPods
• AirPods (3rd generation or later)
• AirPods Pro (1st, 2nd or 3rd generation)
• AirPods Max (1st or 2nd generation)
Beats
• Beats Fit Pro
• Beats Studio Pro
• Beats Solo 4
• Powerbeats Pro 2
• Powerbeats Fit
Airform cannot access headphone motion data
Put on supported headphones and reconnect Bluetooth. Make sure head tracking is enabled and Airform can access Motion & Fitness. On Mac, select the headphones as the sound output. If motion still does not appear, place AirPods in the case or restart Beats, then reconnect them. AirPods Max and supported Beats may need Bluetooth when motion data is unavailable over USB.
Calibration does not match your posture
Reconnect the headphones and calibrate from a comfortable starting position. Keep your head still while Airform sets the reference. Calibration does not change your profile’s sensitivity or directional settings.
Restore, billing, and refunds
To restore Airform, choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that bought it. Airform is a one-time purchase. The trial does not start a subscription or charge automatically. Apple processes App Store payments, receipts, and refund requests. We cannot see your Apple Account billing details or approve refunds.
What information leaves my device?
Airform processes posture data on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, Apple can sync profiles, supported settings, and completed posture history between your devices. Airform reliability reports do not include posture data, music playback information, or personal Media Alert files. Ultraviolet Friend may receive limited reliability information and content you choose to send through the support form, in-app feedback, or email.
